Blessings...

I went to visit CDI today!

Though today I took special time for Christal...

I'm her prayer partner/warrior. So I brought her a little snack and visited with her for a while!

And later joined the other girls for a cool off in the river!!

I ENJOYED it to the fullest!!

It's always a treat to go back to CDI and especially with the hearty welcome the girls always give me!!

Makes it feel like it was just yesterday that I was their dorm Mother!

They will for sure always hold a special spot in my heart.

Opinion Needed!!

I bought these 2 chairs!!

They are kinda old and shaky but I thought for photography they would do. Plus they used to be my Grandparent's chairs so they're a Souvenir too!  But can't decide if I want to leave them like this or paint them white. Since I know white chairs look good on pictures. :-)

So anyone want to share your opinion....

It was so nice to have Julia and her family here. Our Dads have been friends since they were youth...so I guess we just automatically became friends! But with them living in Canada and we in Belize an opportunity like this is very rare and special!

It's been a while since I've taken the time to post...
I guess my picture taking has been "on hold" lately, so their isn't much in my files that's worth coming on here....
But I took a few of my little darling niece/cousin!! And yes she has grown since my last post of her.

~She doesn't seem to be in her brightest mood...
(she had a sore eye so that makes it look like she's been crying)

~I think she's got the prettiest eyes!~

Yea, it's harvest time and so I spent an afternoon with my brothers on the field. Of course my camera had to come with me. So me and my brother Nathan had a fun little shooting competition!!

(by the way they were waiting for combing parts)
Also had an audience of 2 "mockers"..:-).. who of course did not look at stuff at a photographers point of view!
And in their eyes only saw 2 people wading through tall weeds taking pictures of WEEDS!!!

Brothers and cousins sure do have some ideas!!
